Chris Hodgson
Chris attained a 2.1 BA Hons. in Landscape Management. This degree included: Landscape Design, Horticulture, Surveying, Contract Management, as well as the social, ecological and economic issues surrounding landscape design and management.
Chris puts these sustainable development ideals into practice at Cedar Hill, where he creates schemes that can be maintained efficiently with the natural resources available.
Chris has also gained a grassroots understanding of the industry based upon several years of part-time work, during which time he also completed a National Diploma in Landscape Practice, and a Higher National Diploma in Landscape Management.
Away from work, Chris is appointed Clerk of the Course for Whittington Point to Point race course, running two horse race meetings per year. He is responsible for course design and construction, health and safety, and race day organisation. This event attracts crowds of 15,000 on Easter Saturday.
